1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
2. How do I initiate a return?

3. Who is responsible for return shipping?
We follow a self-return policy.
Customers are required to ship the product back to us.

Yes, exchanges are available for size or product issues, subject to availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
