RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ARMOURY INTERNATIONAL, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.


1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Made-to-order or customized products

  • Items purchased during sale or discount

  • Innerwear or intimate wear (if applicable)

  • Products damaged due to misuse


3. REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds will be processed only after quality inspection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


4. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued


5. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share images/videos for verification

We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.


6. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed


7. SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back to us

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective
